Judo, meaning the "Gentle Way",  as created by the founder Dr. Jigoro Kano, is taught & practiced at our Dojo. Judo is also a family-oriented sport that is fun while keeping everyone physically fit at the same time.   It is year round , and open to all age groups, young & old, men & women, boys & girls & even the disabled.

It is an exercise for life. Judo is the most practiced of all the Martial Arts around the world.  Emphasizing safety with strict guidelines & rules.
